Refund Policy (PC Plugged)

At PC Plugged, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused or in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

In case of a faulty or wrong item, we’ll provide a return label.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software, custom orders, or accessories marked “non-returnable”
  • Any product showing signs of physical damage, misuse, or missing parts not due to our error
